Serie A giants favourites to sign Manchester United attacker
Inter Milan are reportedly planning to propose a five-year contract to Tahith Chong as they seek to lure him away from Manchester United on a free transfer this summer.
Chong has made just seven appearances for the senior side this term and during this period, he has been largely unconvincing and has failed to manage a single goalscoring contribution.
The Dutchman is still said to want the assurance of regular first-team football for the future and he has already decided that he won't sign a new contract with United beyond the summer of 2020.
According to The Mail, the Nerazzurri are free to discuss personal terms with Chong regarding the Bosman move and they have recently offered him with a five-year deal with a significant signing-on fee.
Juventus and Barcelona have also been credited with an interest in the Dutchman but the Serie A giants are hoping to beat the competition with a better salary proposal on top of regular gametime.
