Christian Pulisic to make Chelsea comeback this month?

Chelsea could reintroduce Christian Pulisic to first-team action following the winter break. The USA international has been sidelined for more than a month with an adductor problem but he has recently returned to individual training.

According to The Sun, the forward has started his work on the training field after his recent absence and he could get himself prepared for first-team football during the winter break.

Without Pulisic, Callum Hudson-Odoi and Pedro have slotted into one of the wide attacking positions in the Premier League but neither have been particularly consistent with their displays.

The Blues have been pretty average with their league form since mid-November and they are currently holding a four-point advantage over Tottenham Hotspur for the final Champions League spot.

They are scheduled to host Manchester United in the league in around two weeks' time. The Blues have had a strong record against the Red Devils at home but they have struggled against them this term with defeats in the Premier League and League Cup.
