United set new asking price for Pogba

Manchester United have reportedly set their price tag for midfielder Paul Pogba, who has been attracting interest from both Juventus and Real Madrid.

The Frenchman has been linked with a Red Devils exit since the summer but that has not necessarily materialised into a probable agreement with any of his suitors.

Still, the speculation over his future refuses to cease and AS claims that the 26-year-old could head through the exit door at Old Trafford when the transfer window reopens.

It is added that United have reduced their asking price from £180m to £148m and they won't accept anything less than that figure during the next transfer window.

Pogba's current deal is due to expire in the summer of 2021 but United are still not desperate to sanction his departure, given they have the option to extend his contract by another 12 months.

Pogba is currently sidelined following his ankle surgery last month. He is expected to make his comeback by the end of February, provided there are no setbacks.
