Barcelona, Real hunting Arteta
Everton midfielder Mikel Arteta apparently remains firmly fixed on Barcelona and Real Madrid's transfer window radar as the player himself has previously admitted he would love to return to his homeland at some point in his career.
Everton boss David Moyes has told Arteta there is simply no opportunity for him to leave the club - but when Real Madrid and Barcelona make an offer Everton will find any deal hard to reject.
Arteta is happy at the club, but with an offer of potentially over £8 million on the table for Everton, Arteta could very shortly soon be winging his way back to his homeland.
Arteta is also keen to play more European football to help his international ambitions.
