Chelsea ready to pay £50m for Manchester United star?
Chelsea are reportedly prepared to make a significant bid in order to sign goalkeeper Dean Henderson from Manchester United this summer.
Henderson is currently in his second successive loan stint with Sheffield where he has caught the eye with a string of top-notch displays.
The shot-stopper is said to have the ambition of becoming United's number one next term but the presence of David de Gea is expected to hamper his prospects.
As such, he has been touted to leave the Red Devils on a permanent basis in four months' time and The Sun claims that the Blues are leading the hunt for his signature.
Kepa Arrizabalaga has recently returned in goal for the Blues after a period of time where he was dropped but it is still uncertain whether Frank Lampard fancies him for next season.
Henderson has kept the second most clean sheets in the Premier League this term with 10 and reports claim that the Blues are willing to pay as much as £50 to land his services this summer.
