Chelsea lining up move for Juventus midfielder?

Pjanic to Chelsea?

Chelsea are reportedly weighing up an approach for Miralem Pjanic as they seek to reinforce their midfield department for the 2020/21 campaign.

The Blues have multiple midfield options in their ranks but they have been hampered by injuries at different stages of the current season.

According to Calciomercato, the west London side are likely to pursue an experienced midfielder in the summer and they have their sights on signing Pjanic from Juventus.

The Bosnia international has been with the Turin giants since the summer of 2016 and over the past three-and-a-half years, he has made nearly 175 appearances in all competitions.

He has continued to remain a regular starter for the Bianconeri this term but reports claim that the Bianconeri could be open to parting ways with him for the right price this summer.

Frank Lampard's side are said to be planning a bid worth £55m for the former Roma man. There are suggestions that he could possibly replace Jorginho, who has been fancied to return to the Serie A.
