'He's going to be a legend', Diogo Dalot predicts bright future for Man United star
Manchester United defender Diogo Dalot has predicted a bright future for Bruno Fernandes, who has made an instant impact since his January move to Old Trafford.
The Portuguese made the switch from Sporting to the Red Devils in the winter transfer window and he has since contributed four goals and five assists in just nine outings for the club.
As a result, he was recently named as the PFA, Premier League and Manchester United's Player of the Month for February and Dalot believes his compatriot can become a legend of the club.
“He’s a top guy, a top player. He’s going to be a legend, no doubt about that. He’s unbelievable, he can better of course as well. He’s going to learn a lot from this club," he told the club's official podcast.
The 25-year-old has improved the club's penetration of the ball in the attacking half of the field and he has provided with a number of key passes in addition to his goalscoring contributions.
Because of this, he has become an instant favourite among a large section of the United fans and they will be hoping that the Portuguese can guide the club to regular trophies in the long-run.
