Liverpool set to challenge Arsenal for Premier League winger
Liverpool are reportedly prepared to compete with Arsenal in the pursuit of Bournemouth winger Ryan Fraser.
The Scotland international has less than three months remaining on his existing deal with the Cherries and he has no plans of penning a new long-term deal.
As a result, he is expected to leave for free during the summer and it has recently been claimed that the Gunners are the favourites to secure his signature.
However, according to TalkSPORT, it appears that the Reds are also keeping a close eye on the attacker as they seek to strengthen their frontline options during the next transfer window.
Adam Lallana is expected to leave on a free transfer at the end of the season while there are also doubts regarding the future of Xherdan Shaqiri, who has struggled for regular gametime under Jurgen Klopp since 2019.
Fraser has struggled to find form this term with just one goal and four assists in the league but he is still said to be attracting high-profile interest, given he could be available on the cheap.
