Jovic to Arsenal?

Arsenal are reportedly weighing up a summer move for Real Madrid's Luka Jovic amid the uncertainty regarding Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang's future at the club.

Aubameyang's current deal expires at the end of next season and the Gabon international has been reluctant to renew his contract with the north London giants.

According to Marca, the Gunners are looking into a possible replacement for Aubameyang, who is said to be attracting interest from both Real Madrid and Barcelona.

The same publication cites that the club hold an interest in signing Jovic from Los Blancos. Jovic is currently valued at £44m but they could sign him for nothing, if Aubameyang heads in the opposite direction in a swap deal.

Jovic made the move to the Bernabeu last summer after netting 36 goals from 75 games for Eintracht Frankfurt. He has, however, struggled to settle at Los Blancos and has scored just two times from 24 outings.

On most occasions, he has played second fiddle to Karim Benzema upfront and he could favour a fresh challenge where he is assured regular gametime. Jovic has previously attracted interest from London rivals Chelsea.
