Liverpool interested in signing Croatian defender?
Liverpool are reportedly planning to revive their interest in Domagoj Vida, who is currently in his third season with Besiktas.
The Croatian has been linked with a Premier League move over the past few years but a deal has not necessarily materialised.
However, it appears that he could be on the move this summer and the Reds are mulling whether to make an approach for his services.
Besiktas are facing financial difficulties amid the coronavirus pandemic and they are keen to get Vida off their wage bill ahead of next season.
He is said to be available for just £5m with his contract expiring next summer and reports claim that the Reds consider him as a replacement for compatriot Dejan Lovren.
Lovren has been heavily linked with an exit from Anfield this year with AS Roma said to hold a keen interest in signing him. Similarly to Vida, his contract expires at the end of the 2020/21 campaign.
