Mario Pasalic to finally leave Chelsea?
Mario Pasalic is reportedly set to leave Chelsea on a permanent basis in the next transfer window.
The Croatian has been contracted to the Blues since the summer of 2014 but he has not made a single appearance for them.
Instead, he has spent time on loan with the likes of Elche, AS Monaco, AC Milan, Spartak Moscow and Atalanta BC.
He has established himself at Atalanta since 2018 and Tuttosport claims that he will join them permanently at the end of the season.
The Serie A side negotiated a buy option of £13.5m in December last year and they are expected to trigger the clause in the coming weeks.
The deal should prove a bargain for the Italian outfit, who are on course for Champions League football for the second season running.
Chelsea, on the other hand, will also make a handy £10m profit on the midfielder, who joined them from Hajduk Split six years ago.
