Arsenal join Chelsea in race to sign Championship attacker
Arsenal have reportedly joined Chelsea and Leicester City in the race to sign Brenford winger Said Benrahma during the summer transfer window.
The Algerian has been in superb touch for the Bees this term and he has bagged 10 goals and eight assists in the Championship.
His form has led to suggestions that he could make the switch to the top tier and Footmercato claims that there is plenty of high-profile interest in him.
The Blues were said to be leading the hunt to sign the former Nice graduate but reports have emerged that the Gunners have entered the pursuit of the 24-year-old.
It has previously been claimed that the Bees may demand around £36m for their prized asset but they could be tempted to keep hold of him, suppose they are promoted to the Premier League.
The London outfit are currently fourth in the Championship and hold a good chance of making it to the top-flight through the play-offs, if Benrahma sparkles.
