Liverpool have not made any move for Barcelona star
Liverpool have not made an approach to sign Ousmane Dembele on a temporary basis from Barcelona, a report from Evening Standard claims.
A recent report from Spain suggested that the Reds are keen on landing the services of the France international and they have already made a loan offer.
However, the story has been quickly dismissed by Evening Standard, who insist that the Reds are not considering any move for the attacker.
Dembele has been a long-term target for the Reds and they attempted to sign him before his £97m move to the Blaugrana from Borussia Dortmund in 2017.
He has struggled with multiple hamstring injuries over the past three years and he is currently out of action until September at the least following a surgery.
He has been restricted to only 74 appearances during his time at the Camp Nou but reports have emerged that he is determined to prove his worth to the club on his comeback. He has two years left on his contract.
