Chelsea to sign Juventus attacker in exchange deal?
Juventus will reportedly offer Chelsea the chance to sign Douglas Costa in a straight-exchange deal for Jorginho during the summer transfer window.
Jorginho's future has been regularly speculated over the past few weeks and his agent has opened the door for a possible move to Turin.
According to Sport Mediaset, the Bianconeri are looking at the prospect of signing Jorginho and they are not in a position to meet the £35m set by the Blues.
Instead, they will propose to sign the Italy international in a straight-swap deal involving Costa, who is considered a long-term target for the west London side.
Costa has bagged two goals and five assists for the Bianconeri this term but he has spent a significant amount of time on the sidelines with hamstring and muscular injuries.
As a result, he would prove a risky buy for another club and it remains to be seen whether the Blues would be tempted by the prospect of signing him in exchange for Jorginho.
