Bellingham set for United move

Manchester United have tabled another bid for 16-year-old Birmingham City wonderkid Jude Bellingham, believed to be in the region of £26 million. The Old Trafford giants have been linked with the attacker for over a year, and now look set to snap up one of England's best young talents.

Previous reports indicated that Borussia Dortmund were close to snapping up Bellingham, but it appears the Bundesliga giants have been unable to agree a fee with Birmingham to sign the youth player. The pathway has now been cleared for a United deal. Dortmund's most recent offer of 19 million euros has been rejected outright.

Birmingham are desperate for funds and believe the sale of the 16-year-old will help bolster their squad for a Premier League push next season.

United have already given Bellingham and his family a tour of the club's training facilities at Carrington, as the club attempt to persuade the youngster that Old Trafford is the right next location to continue his so far sterling career.

Manchester United are set to beat numerous other suitors other than Dortmund, with Chelsea and Liverpool also both monitoring the youngster's transfer situation.
