Dortmund won't reconsider Sancho price

Manchester United are unlikely to land the signature of Jadon Sancho this summer unless they are prepared to meet Borussia Dortmund's valuation.

The England international has been heavily tipped to join the Red Devils this summer, but a deal has failed to materialise to date.

According to Bundesliga commentator Kevin Hatchard, Dortmund have no plans of lowering their £110m asking price for Sancho.

United have shown the reluctance to meet the price tag this summer and it remains to be seen whether their stance changes.

The Red Devils started their league campaign with a disappointing 3-1 loss to Crystal Palace at Old Trafford on Saturday.

While Sancho continues to remain their main target, they may consider strengthening the central defence as well.

Victor Lindelof was out of sorts in the backline against the Eagles and that may pave the way for the arrival of another centre-back.

Manchester United will face Luton Town in the third round of the EFL Cup on Tuesday night.
