Arsenal lining up move for Championship goalkeeper?

Arsenal want QPR goalkeeper?

Arsenal are reportedly monitoring the progress of Queens Park Rangers goalkeeper Seny Dieng ahead of a possible summer move.

The 26-year-old has been with the Hoops since 2016 and has previously spent time on loan with Stevenage, Dundee and Doncaster Rovers.

According to The Sun, the Gunners are closely tracking his performances for Rangers, who are currently 20th in the Championship.

Dieng has only kept four clean sheets from his 20 league appearances, but he has caught the eye with an average of three saves per game.

Overall, he has saved 73 percent of the shots on target this season and this appears to have grabbed the attention of Gunners scouts.

The Gunners currently have Bernd Leno as the first-choice goalkeeper with Alex Runarsson acting as the back-up shot-stopper.

Runarsson has been far from impressive and recently made a big blunder in the 4-1 League Cup quarter-final loss to Manchester City.

Hence, the club are unlikely to rely on him as the second-choice keeper for long and they are looking into a replacement for next season.
