Premier League clubs chasing French midfielder Morgan Sanson

Marseille midfielder Morgan Sanson appears to be a target for several Premier League teams, with Tottenham, Arsenal, Aston Villa, West Ham and Everton all monitoring the 26-year-old's transfer situation. Sanson, who has been with Marseille since 2017, has caught the eye in Ligue 1 with some impressive displays in the centre of midfield.
The former Le Mans and Montpellier man is set to move to England for a fee of around 24 million euros, after Marseille manager and former Chelsea coach Andre Villas-Boas admitted that there was interest from the Premier League in the 6 foot central midfielder.
Arsenal were the first team to have made an enquiry for Sanson, but West Ham are ready to outbid their London rivals in order to secure a deal for the player.
"We'll see. The transfer window is open, Sanson is a player who is highly rated," Villas-Boas quipped, when asked about Sanson's situation.
"Officially, we have not received any offers, unless it happened during the match. He is a boy who interests English teams because of his characteristics, and it is possible that something could happen."
