Real Madrid make Martin Odegaard transfer decision
Real Madrid are unwilling to consider the permanent sale of Martin Odegaard, who could join Arsenal on loan in the coming days.
The Norwegian has struggled to make his mark under Zinedine Zidane this term and he has managed less than 400 minutes of first-team football.
Hence, he has been fancied to pursue a temporary move away from the club and Marca claims that Los Blancos won't negotiate a buy option.
Odegaard impressed for Real Sociedad last term where he was able to registered seven goals and nine assists from 36 games.
He has failed to replicate his showing at the Bernabeu, but the hierarchy believe he could come good for them in the long-term.
Owing to this, they have no desire to discuss a buy option, should the 22-year-old leave on a temporary basis this month.
Aside from the Gunners, Odegaard has also been linked with Sociedad, where he built his reputation during the previous campaign.
However, it appears that the north London giants are favourites to sign him as they are in advanced talks with the Spanish champions.
