Chelsea may reportedly focus on signing Southampton striker Danny Ings this summer.
The England international had an impressive 2019/2020 Premier League season where he scored 22 goals from 38 appearances.
He has struggled with multiple injuries this season but has still impressed for the Saints with eight goals from 17 top-flight matches.
According to Football.London, the Blues will seek to land a new striker this summer and Ings is one of the players under consideration.
The former Liverpool man has yet to renew his Saints contract and will enter the final year of his deal in four months' time.
In case there is no breakthrough, the club may be compelled to sell with the Blues and Tottenham Hotspur among the admirers.
The south coast outfit are likely to demand at least £25m for the 29-year-old marksman, who began his career at Bournemouth.
Ings will come up against the Blues in the Premier League this weekend. He has recently picked up form with goals in back-to-back games.
