Arsenal to open talks with Real Madrid for Odegaard?
Arsenal are likely to negotiate a possible extension for Martin Odegaard from Real Madrid this summer.
Odegaard joined the Gunners on loan from Los Blancos last month and his deal will conclude at the end of June.
According to Marca, the north London side are eager to keep hold of Odegaard and they are likely to hold talks with Los Blancos.
It is added that they may propose to re-sign the Norwegian on a season-long loan with the option to buy in 12 months' time.
Dani Ceballos is another Madrid player in the Gunners ranks. He is currently in his second campaign with the club on loan.
Los Blancos are likely to consider his permanent sale this summer and the Gunners have been fancied to make a bid.
It has been recently reported that Los Blancos may demand around £22m for the Spain international, who is also wanted by Real Betis.
Ceballos graduated through the youth system at Betis. The club want him to replace Nabil Fekir, who could be on the move.
