Manchester United are reportedly looking to sign either Harry Kane or Erling Braut Haaland to replace Anthony Martial.

Martial had an impressive 2019/2020 campaign where he registered 23 goals for the club across all competitions.

However, his performances have dipped this term and he has netted only seven times from 35 appearances.

According to The Mirror, the club are contemplating a change and want one of Kane or Haaland to replace the Frenchman.

United have an indifferent relationship with Tottenham Hotspur and Kane may cost in upwards of £150m.

Haaland could be a more lucrative option as he is seven years younger to Kane, but he is also likely to cost a club-record fee.

There is a release clause worth £68m on his contract, but does not become active until the end of the 2021/22 season.

Should Dortmund consider his sale this summer, it is claimed that they could demand at least £100m for the Norwegian.

United may face direct competition from Manchester City in the pursuit of either player during the summer transfer window.
