Arsenal interested in signing 28-year-old Croatian winger

Arsenal are interested in landing the signature of Mislav Orsic, who eliminated Tottenham Hotspur from the Europa League this month.

The Croatian recently bagged a stunning hat-trick for Dinamo Zagreb against Spurs which ensured a stunning comeback to win 3-2 on aggregate.

According to The Times, Gunners boss Mikel Arteta was impressed by the winger's showing and he could bring him to the Emirates this summer.

It is added that the Spaniard is looking for a new winger due to the inconsistent displays of Willian and Nicolas Pepe this season.

Orsic has been with Zagred for the past two-and-a-half years, registering 53 goals and 25 assists from 122 appearances.

His stock will have been enhanced after the heroics against Spurs and it remains to be seen whether the Gunners can negotiate a fee.

At 28, the winger needs to adapt to the Premier League immediately and any move could be a gamble, unless he is available for a low price.
