Arsenal to compete with Tottenham for £36m attacker?
Arsenal could compete with Tottenham Hotspur in the race to sign Christopher Nkunku from RB Leipzig this summer.
Nkunku was heavily linked with the Gunners in 2019 before he made the move to Leipzig on a free transfer from Paris Saint-Germain.
He has since become a regular with the Bundesliga giants and has excelled this term with eight goals and seven assists in all competitions.
According to Footmercato, the Gunners could revive their interest in Nkunku this summer, but they may face competition from Spurs.
Leipzig are not actively looking to sell the 23-year-old and reports claim that they could demand at least £36m for his departure.
Aside from the duo, Barcelona have also been credited with an interest with Nkunku's agent Pini Zahavi being a close friend of president Joan Laporta.
Manchester United are also keeping tabs on the midfielder, who has already made 75 appearances for Leipzig in all competitions.
Nkunku has more than three years left on his contract.
