Man City back in for Izmailov
Man City boss Sven-Goran Eriksson looks set to make a summer move for Marat Izmailov; a player that the club nearly signed last summer but the Lokomotiv Moscow man instead joined Sporting Lisbon on loan.
Another impressive season later; and now Manchester City are certain to come calling for a permanent deal expected to be around £5 million.
Izmailov has been very important for Sporting this year as a replacement for Nani who joined Man Utd last summer.
Eriksson reportedly has a transfer targets list of around 8 players and Thaksin Shinawatra is expected to give the Swedish boss around £16 million in the summer transfer window.
