Manchester United or Liverpool to sign Saul Niguez?

The arrival of Saul could pave the way for the departure of Paul Pogba, who has been linked with Paris Saint-Germain.

Saul has a staggering €150m release clause on his contract, but Atletico are prepared to sell him for just €47m this summer.
