Chelsea midfielder set for Serie A comeback
Chelsea midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko is reportedly on the cusp of rejoining AC Milan on loan.
The Frenchman has been loaned out for the past three seasons with Milan, Monaco and Napoli respectively.
He looks set for another temporary stint. Milan are in advanced negotiations with the Blues to re-sign him.
Bakayoko's deal was recently extended until June 2023. He is likely to rejoin the Rossoneri on another loan.
The deal could include an option to buy next summer for around €20m.
Bakayoko has not played for the Blues since his debut season in 2017/18.
Despite the change of managers, he has remained out-of-favour at the club.
He will be hoping to cement a permanent move to San Siro next summer.
Aside from Bakayoko, Emerson is also set to leave the Blues this month.
He is on the verge of joining Lyon on loan with a buy clause included.
Les Gones could sign him permanently for €15m at the end of the season.
