Chelsea target Declan Rice frustrated at West Ham United
Declan Rice is reportedly frustrated at West Ham United after being priced out of a potential move away from the club.
The England international has been linked with a move to Chelsea over the past year, but they have yet to make an approach.
The Hammers have set an asking price of around £100m, and reports claim that the Blues are unlikely to meet the price tag.
According to The Telegraph, Rice is unhappy with his situation at the Hammers, and has no plans of signing a fresh deal.
He has three years left on his contract with another 12 months. Rice plans to run down his deal to leave the club for a lesser fee. x x x
The Blues are currently focused on landing Sevilla defender Jules Kounde before the transfer window closes on August 31.
Their pursuit of Rice could be delayed for another 12 months. They could face competition from Manchester United for his services.
