West Ham have concerns over Chelsea defender

West Ham United will reassess the medical results of Kurt Zouma before his potential move from Chelsea.

The Hammers recently agreed to sign Zouma for €25m. The centre-back underwent a medical in Paris on Thursday.

However, the club have yet to announce his arrival. They are concerned over his knee after the serious injury in 2016.

The medical results will be reassessed by their London medical team, and only then they will make a final decision.

The Hammers are yet to make an outfield signing. Goalkeeper Alphonse Areola remains their only acquisition this summer.

There could make more than one signing before the transfer deadline. A deal for Zouma appears likely to go through soon.

They are interested in landing a new striker. Montpellier's Gaëtan Laborde has emerged as a potential transfer target.
