Arsenal chasing Kranjcar

Arsenal are reportedly ready to make a summer move for Portsmouth's Croatian midfielder, Niko Kranjcar. Portsmouth boss Harry Redknapp will be unlikely to allow the midfielder to leave after an impressive season.

Kranjcar is regarded by Harry Redknapp as one of the beacons of his young side, whom have catapulted themselves into the limelight this season with an excellent Premiership campaign and an FA Cup final place.

However, Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is ready to test Portsmouth's resolve with an astounding £9 million package.
