Arsenal duo return to action in closed doors friendly
Arsenal duo Ben White and Gabriel Magalhaes returned to action during a friendly game against Brentford behind closed doors today.
White made his Gunners debut at Brentford last month, but he was thereafter sidelined with a bout of coronavirus.
On the other hand, Gabriel has yet to make his bow this term. He only recently returned to training after a knee injury.
The duo are widely expected to be the central defensive pairing, and they were both involved from the starting line-up today.
Mari played centrally with White and Gabriel either side.
Gunners boss Mikel Arteta could stick with three at the back when the club return to action after the international break.
They are scheduled to face Norwich City at the Emirates Stadium, and the game is a must-win after three successive league defeats.
The club are currently bottom of the standings with zero points from three games. It constitutes their worst ever start in 67 years.
