Manchester United without three players to face Villarreal
Manchester United will be without three players for the upcoming Champions League group stage meeting against Villarreal.
Harry Maguire and Luke Shaw sustained injuries against Aston Villa at the weekend, and the former is set to be sidelined for a while.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has not provided a timeline, but the centre-back could be out for a few weeks after picking up a calf injury.
Meanwhile, Marcus Rashford and Amad Traore have recently begun training away from the main group to build up their fitness.
Rashford was recently on the sidelines with a shoulder surgery while Traore picked up an ankle problem in training last month.
The trio are certain to miss the encounter tomorrow while Solskjaer will make a late decision on the involvement of Luke Shaw.
Shaw has not featured in training this week after a knock, but Solskjaer has said that he has an outside chance of facing Villarreal.
United will be aiming to take revenge on Villarreal tomorrow. The Spanish club beat them in the Europa League final last term.
