Tottenham Hotspur favourites to sign AC Milan star

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly leading the race to sign AC Milan midfielder Franck Kessie on a free transfer next summer.

The Ivorian has entered the final eight months of his deal, and he can negotiate a pre-contract with an overseas club in January.
