Juventus win the race to sign Arsenal target
Juventus have reportedly won the race to sign Fiorentina striker Dusan Vlahovic this month.
The Serbian was heavily linked with Arsenal over the past few weeks, but a deal failed to materialise.
While Fiorentina were willing to sell, the player was never keen on a move to the north London giants.
Vlahovic has had an underlying desire to join Juventus, and the Turin giants are now set to land his services.
Amidst the Gunners' interest, the Bianconeri have stepped up their pursuit and are now negotiating personal terms.
It should only be a formality before he signs the contract. As per Fabrizio Romano, Fiorentina will receive €75m.
Juventus are not in a position to pay the fee, and are expected to negotiate staggered payments over four seasons.
Meanwhile, the arrival of Vlahovic could pave the way for the exit of Alvaro Morata, who is on Barcelona's radar.
Morata has already agreed terms with the Blaugrana, and could join them on a short-term loan with a buy option.
