Juventus set their sights on Liverpool midfielder

Juventus are considering an approach to sign Liverpool midfielder Naby Keita during the summer transfer window.

The Guinea international has been with the Reds for the past three years, but has struggled to nail down a regular starting role.

Injuries have hampered him along the way while he has also faced stiff competition for places in the starting line-up.

Ahead of the summer, he is reportedly evaluating his future, and Calciomercato claims that the Bianconeri may look to sign him.

The Turin giants signed Denis Zakaria last month, but they are still on the look out for another central midfielder for next season.

Keita has been identified as a potential transfer target, but they may face a big stumbling block when it comes to the weekly wages.

The Bianconeri have made the effort to lower their wage bill, and could be reluctant to pay his current salary of £120,000-a-week.

Keita will enter the final year of his Liverpool contract in July.
