Manchester United attacker Jesse Lingard will reportedly snub advances from Tottenham Hotspur this summer.

The England star was touted to leave the Red Devils last month, but his exit was blocked after Mason Greenwood's suspension.

His situation has not improved since, and he is widely expected to leave on a free transfer when his contract expires on June 30.

Tottenham Hotspur are firm admirers of the United graduate, but he plans to reject them for a move abroad, as per football.london.

Lingard has the long ambition of playing in Serie A. Inter Milan have been credited with an interest while Juventus are also in the mix.

Both clubs are known to pursue free transfer signings. Lingard is likely to demand at least double of his current £75,000-a-week wages.

The 29-year-old has cut a frustrated figure this term with under 300 minutes of first-team football. He has bagged two goals and an assist.

He is currently behind Jadon Sancho, Anthony Elanga and Marcus Rashford in the pecking order for the wide attacking positions.
