Man Utd showing great interest in Bundesliga star

Manchester United are showing great interest in securing the services of RB Leipzig playmaker Christopher Nkunku.

The Frenchman has been in sensational form this campaign, bagging 25 goals and 13 assists for the Bundesliga giants.

His performances have caught the eye of several elite clubs and United are one of them, who are planning a summer move.

According to Sky Germany, the Red Devils are lining up a bid after tracking his outstanding performances this season.

Nkunku will enter the final two years of his contract this summer. Leipzig have yet to open negotiations over a renewal.

They don't plan to sell him in the next transfer window, but could be tempted if they receive a package of around £50 million.

United are not alone in the player's pursuit. Arsenal and Manchester City are also keeping tabs on him ahead of the summer.

Paris Saint-Germain may also enter the race, having previously sold Nkunku to Leipzig for just £10 million three years ago.
