Serie A giants Juventus are pushing to negotiate a pre-contract with Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba.

The Frenchman has less than four months left on his existing deal, and has been touted to leave United this summer.

The Bianconeri are keen on re-signing him, but they are unlikely to meet his current weekly wages at Old Trafford.

Pogba is currently on around £290,000-a-week. He will need to accept a 35 per cent pay cut in order to rejoin Juventus.

The midfielder has yet to make a decision over his future, but Juventus want a response from him before the end of April.

Else, they may focus on other midfield targets. The club have been linked with Lazio's Sergej Milinkovic-Savic lately.

Pogba has been quiet regarding his future, but negotiations are going behind the scenes. He could confirm his new club soon.

His agent Mino Raiola has held discussions with several clubs this year including Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid.
