Thomas Tuchel confirms triple Chelsea injury blow
Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel has confirmed that he could be without three players for the Premier League clash at Southampton.
The west London giants have suffered back-to-back defeats after the international break. They have conceded a staggering seven goals.
Tuchel will want a strong response at St Mary's, but ahead of the game, he has been handed a setback with a couple of key players doubtful.
Callum Hudson-Odoi has been ruled out with an Achilles injury, and could be joined by Romelu Lukaku and Hakim Ziyech, who have suffered knocks.
Both players featured in the second half at Real Madrid, but it appears likely that they won't be deemed fit for the visit of the South Coast tomorrow.
Chelsea are relatively safe in their pursuit of Champions League football with a five-point gap to fifth-placed Arsenal in the league standings.
However, they can't take things lightly and have plenty of work to do over the coming weeks to secure a top-four spot for the campaign.
