Liverpool have clear stance on Sadio Mane

Liverpool will reportedly demand well over £25m if Bayern Munich or another top European club bid for Sadio Mane this summer.

The Senegal international has been a huge success during his six seasons at the Merseyside outfit, but he has now decided to move on.

He has communicated his desire to the Reds' hierarchy, and Sport claims that Bayern are firm favourites to land his services at the moment.

It was recently reported that Bayern could land him for just £25m, but the Reds are prepared to demand much more for his departure.

Mane will enter the final year of his contract in July, but Jurgen Klopp's side believe he is still very valuable in the transfer market.

The 30-year-old netted 23 goals in the recently-concluded campaign, and his departure will be a big blow for the FA Cup champions.

It was for long anticipated that he would extend his stay, and the decision to part ways is deemed to have surprised the Reds' hierarchy.
