Two Man Utd defenders expected to be sold this summer

Eric Bailly news

Bailly and Tuanzebe to leave Man Utd

Manchester United have made the decision to offload Eric Bailly and Axel Tuanzebe during the summer transfer window.

The Red Devils are expected to reinforce their backline this summer, and this is set to coincide with departures of out-of-favour stars.

Among them is Bailly, who played under 500 minutes of first-team football last season. Fabrizio Romano claims that he will be sold by the club.

Meanwhile, Tuanzebe is also expected to head for the exit door, having spent the previous campaign on loan with two teams.

He made just nine appearances for Aston Villa in the first half of the season and went on to feature in just two games for Napoli.

The Red Devils graduate will enter the final year of his contract next month and it is unlikely that he will be loaned out once more.

He could be offloaded for a knockdown fee. There are suggestions that the 24-year-old could be available for as little as £6 million.
