Arsenal to swoop for World Cup winner?

Arsenal are reportedly keen on landing the services of Chelsea midfielder N'Golo Kante this summer.
The Gunners are searching for a new defensive midfielder, and prefer to land someone with vast experience.
Leicester City's Youri Tielemans has been linked in recent weeks, but Kante has now emerged as a shock target.
According to The Daily Star, the Gunners are lining up a surprise approach for Kante, whose contract expires soon.
His current deal with the Blues concludes next summer, but talks are yet to commence over a possible renewal.
Blues boss Thomas Tuchel is pushing for an extension, but the hierarchy's reluctance could lead to Kante's exit.
Still, the 31-year-old is unlikely to come for cheap this summer, and Arsenal may need to pay around £35 million.
It remains to be seen whether Arsenal attempt to sign him. It may not be a worthwhile signing at the current point.
Kante has suffered numerous niggles over the past year, and this has contributed to a dip in his performances.
