Maxwel Cornet set for Everton move

Burnley forward Maxwel Cornet has been identified by Everton as a potential replacement for Richarlison, who departed the Goodison Park side for a move to Tottenham. The 25-year-old forward, who impressed in his first season in the Premier League last campaign, is ready to leave Burnley this summer.
Cornet will become Everton's second transfer signing of the summer, having already signed Cornet's former team-mate James Tarkowski on a free transfer.
With 9 goals in 26 games for the Clarets, Cornet certainly caught the eye and is pining for a move elsewhere, looking to continue his Premier League experience.
Cornet moved to Burnley from Lyon, where he spent 6 successful years, playing in more than 180 games for the Ligue 1 side. At international level, Cornet continues to impress, scoring 6 goals in 29 games for his country of birth.
When asked about a move away for Cornet, Burnley boss Vincent Kompany said: "I don't know close it is, it is no secret there is a couple of clubs in for him and a couple of clubs have made good offers.
"We have to prepare probably for a period after him and that is what we are doing. I am not saying Maxwel has gone, he has offers."
Everton are set to pay around £25 million for Cornet.
