Chelsea make Jules Kounde transfer decision

Chelsea have decided to pursue alternative targets with Barcelona now leading the race to sign Jules Kounde.
The Blues were keen on landing the France international last week, and agreed a deal worth £55 million with Sevilla.
However, a transfer has yet to materialise, and it has now been revealed that Barcelona are in pole position to sign him.
Kounde has already agreed personal terms with the Catalans, who are expected to match the Blues' transfer offer soon.
This should come as a potential blow for the Blues, considering they have already missed out on a number of targets.
The club were keen on signing Raphinha from Leeds this month, but he ended up choosing Barcelona over them.
Meanwhile, it has been revealed that the hierarchy failed with late approaches to sign Gabriel Jesus and Richarlison.
Jesus and Richarlison have since joined Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur respectively, and are set to be key players for them.
Chelsea's transfer strategy has been far from impressive this summer, but there is still plenty of time to make signings.
