Man Utd searching for David de Gea replacement?

Manchester United are reportedly looking for a strong competitor to goalkeeper David de Gea this season.
The Red Devils loaned out Dean Henderson to Nottingham Forest last month. The move was finalised without the intervention of Erik ten Hag.
Ten Hag was not pleased with the decision, and he has now urged the hierarchy to pursue a like-for-like replacement in the transfer market.
Leeds United's Illan Meslier is an option for the Mancunian giants, but the Yorkshire outfit have no plans of losing him for another season.
Hence, United are running out of time to pursue a new shot-stopper. Ten Hag will be desperate to find a solution before the transfer deadline.
De Gea has had two disappointing displays this campaign. He was pretty poor against Brentford, making two blunders leading to goals.
He handed the opening goal in the 4-0 rout by Brentford after letting slip a simple grab. His poor distribution led to the Bees' doubling their lead.
