Man Utd attacker ruled out of Arsenal encounter
Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has confirmed that Anthony Martial won't face Arsenal in the Premier League on Sunday.
The Frenchman sustained an Achilles injury in the 2-1 win over Liverpool last month, and he has subsequently missed two games.
Martial has yet to recover from the setback, and Ten Hag has confirmed that he won't play any part against the Gunners this weekend.
When pressed over a possible return date, Ten Hag was unsure when the France international could return to first-team action.
Aside from Martial, Luke Shaw and Aaron Wan-Bissaka are big doubts for the game after missing the Leicester clash with niggles.
Ten Hag was uncertain over their involvement on Sunday, but Antony could make his debut after his big-money move from Ajax.
The Brazilian was involved in full training today and will once again feature tomorrow. He could make his debut off the bench.
Ten Hag could be tempted to name an unchanged starting XI on the back of three successive victories for the Mancunian giants.
