Arsenal handed double injury boost for Man Utd game
Arsenal have been handed a double injury boost with Martin Odegaard and Aaron Ramsdale likely to feature against Manchester United.
Odegaard sustained an ankle swelling in the 2-1 win over Aston Villa, and he asked to be substituted in the 81st minute of the game.
On the other hand, Ramsdale was struggling with a hamstring issue in the same encounter, but was able to carry on for 90 minutes.
Earlier on Friday, Arteta said that the duo are doubtful, but they have now travelled with the team to Manchester for tomorrow's game.
Both players were spotted in training earlier on Saturday which suggests that they could be fully fit for the encounter at Old Trafford.
The news should come as a huge boost for the Gunners, who have the opportunity to extend their lead at the top of the table.
Arsenal are assured to stay top regardless of what happens tomorrow. They can go four points clear of Manchester City with a win.
