Liverpool target pours doubt on Premier League move

Liverpool midfielder target Konrad Laimer has said that a move to the Premier League is not a priority for him.
The Austrian was linked with a move to Anfield this summer, but a transfer never materialised due to the price.
RB Leipzig wanted €30m for Laimer, but none were willing to pay the fee with his contract expiring next summer.
Laimer has now distanced himself from a switch to the Premier League by saying that he is not prioritising it.
He told Bild: "The Premier League is nice, but for me it's not a must. It's much more important to me: how do people talk to me, what feeling do I have about something."
Aside from Liverpool, Bayern Munich have been admirers of Laimer, and it was anticipated that he could join them.
However, the German champions were reluctant to overpay for his services and could sign him for free next summer.
They have been handed a boost after Laimer's comments.
