Arsenal handed injury boost ahead of Everton game
Arsenal have been handed a big injury boost ahead of the Premier League clash against Everton at home this weekend.
The Gunners have been hampered by midfield injuries this term with Mohamed Elneny and Thomas Partey already missing games.
While Elneny is out for the long-term with a hamstring problem, the latter reportedly has an outside chance of facing Everton this weekend.
According to Evening Standard, Partey is confident of returning for the north London giants before the September international break.
Partey has yet to be involved in group training, but could work with the team in the lead-up to their game against Frank Lampard's side.
Arsenal suffered a disappointing 3-1 loss to Manchester United on Sunday. Despite the result, they remain top of the league standings.
It has been a tremendous start for Mikel Arteta's side and they will be hoping to return to winning ways against the Toffees on Sunday.
The Merseyside outfit won't be an easy opposition to face. They picked up a hard-fought goalless draw against Liverpool last weekend.
