Romelu Lukaku has clear stance over Chelsea future
Romelu Lukaku has no plans of returning to Chelsea at the end of the campaign, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.
The Belgian returned to the Blues from Inter Milan last season, but struggled to impress with just 15 goals in all competitions.
He was loaned back to the Nerazzurri this summer, and it appears the striker has no plans of returning to Stamford Bridge.
Inter don't have the option to buy him next summer, but the Serie A giants are widely expected to renew his loan deal again.
Meanwhile, new Blues manager Graham Potter prefers more mobile strikers, and does not see Lukaku as part of his future plans.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was signed from Barcelona recently, but Potter may want a new signing of his own in January.
The Englishman is expected to be backed by the hierarchy, and will stay in charge even if the Blues don't make the top four.
The Blues plan to spend around £260m over the next 12 months.
